Payment:
Payment must accompany your order in the form of a VISA, Master-Card, Money-Gram
or International money order from USPS (US only). We do not accept C.O.D.
orders. When using credit cards, we may require a cardholder signature
authorizing us to process the payment- this can be done by Fax. With large
export orders we request the payment be wired directly to our bank (Royal Bank
of Canada).
Shipping:
Survival Supply Canada uses Canada Post Standard or Expedited Parcel Service to
deliver in Canada, North America and Internationally. Expected delivery time is
4 to 9 business days between major centers in Canada and continental U.S.A.
(Some exceptions apply). International Air Parcel service is 6-10 business days
to most international destinations (Some exceptions apply). Express and Courier
service is also available for added cost to any location. International orders
may be subject to local duties or taxes and are the responsibility of the
customer. Make sure you allow sufficient time for your shipments to arrive.

First orders will be shipped pre-paid only.
Pricing Policy:
Due to inflation and exchange rate, we reserve the right to revise prices when
deemed necessary.
When Ordering by Mail:
Please print your name, address and telephone number clearly on your order form,
including description of the product.
Warranty:
Warranties are as stated by manufacturer. SSC Inc will test all returned
products for defect before replacement.
Returns:
Damaged or missing items must be reported within 5 days of receipt of order.
Returned merchandise must be carefully packaged in proper container, insured for
the value and accompanied by a copy of invoice and reason for the returned
item(s). In case of restocking, 20% charge will be applied to all returns unless
damaged or shipped in error. We do not accept C.O.D returns. All C.O.D. returns
send to us by Mail or Courier will be returned to sender. Before any returns can
be accepted you must receive RA (return authorization) number from us within the

email within 24 hours you must contact us by phone or fax.
Liability Notice to all Customers:

for any injury or damage, direct or consequential relating to the misuse or
inability to use our products or machines. Users assume all risk and liability
while using our products or machines.
